SETTABLE PARAMETERS: The LELIT electronic control system (LCC) with the OLED graphic display allows to activate the preinfusion, the automatic washing cycle and to set the temperature of coffee, water and steam, and the brewing time for 1 and 2 doses. Moreover, it indicates the lack of water in the tank and automatically activates the "Reserve mode"
TECHNICAL INFO: Kate is equipped with an integrated coffee grinder with Ø 38 mm conical burrs that guarantee constant and precise grinding thanks to the stepless micrometric adjustment that can be regulated via the side knob. The external bean hopper prevents them from overheating, ensuring better extraction
FOR A PROFESSIONAL BREWING: The manometer with black back-lit display checks coffee delivery pressure: the green area, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand if the phases prior the brewing have been correcly executed
STEAM AND HOT WATER: The multidirectional wand with anti-burn handle delivers hot water and steam, for a foam like the bar. Both water and steam functions can be activated by the front buttons and adjusted by the side knob
EXCLUSIVE COFFEE-SLIDE: Filterholder with Coffee Slide spout designed to avoid the contact with the worktop, the gradual inclination of the handle guarantees stability during the pressing
